Dr. Kam Rider, DNP, MBA, APRN, AGNP-C
Dr. Kam Rider is a highly respected and licensed healthcare professional who holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. With a strong foundation in critical care, she combines clinical expertise with strategic business acumen, supported by an MBA with a concentration in E-finance. Her unique educational background positions her at the forefront of the evolving intersection between healthcare and business operations.
Dr. Rider's dedication to patient care was first inspired by her service as a medic in the United States Army, during which she completed a tour in Iraq. It was in this environment that she discovered a deep commitment to improving the lives of others through compassionate, high-quality care. Her military experience continues to inform her approach to patient wellness, resilience, and advocacy.
Fueled by a lifelong passion for health and aesthetics, Dr. Rider earned her aesthetician license in 2019 and has since pursued extensive continuing education, completing numerous certifications in advanced aesthetic procedures. Her dedication to staying current with industry innovations ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs.
As the founder of Love the Skin You’re In! Nursing and Aesthetics Services, Dr. Rider leads with integrity, expertise, and a client-focused philosophy. Her mission is to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and beauty through education and personalized care. With her comprehensive knowledge and unwavering commitment to excellence, Dr. Rider is recognized as a leader in the health and aesthetics industry, continually striving to enhance outcomes and elevate the patient experience.
Meet The Medical Director
Dr. Brady Scott Steineck
Dr. Brady Steineck is a board-certified family physician passionate about primary care and aesthetics. With over 15 years of medical experience, he supervises and collaborates daily with RNs, PAs, and NPs, caring for a large primary care patient population. As the owner of Adela Medical Spa in Canton for over two years, he is dedicated to seeing patients and overseeing estheticians, RNs, and NPs in aesthetic treatments.
Dr. Steineck’s love for dermatology naturally led him into aesthetics, where he regularly performs Botox/Dysport injections, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, IPL, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, Sculptra, mole removals, and lesion excisions. His expertise extends to hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss, enhancing patient wellness beyond aesthetics.
In his primary care practice, he supervises an RN and four NPs, caring for a panel of 4,000 patients while mentoring NP and medical students. At Adela Medical Spa, he oversees multiple providers, fostering a collaborative learning environment where providers work together to refine their skills. Dr. Steineck’s dedication to patient-centered care, education, and innovation makes him a highly respected leader in primary care and aesthetic medicine.
